MYLTA is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) for banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). We are not a bank, we are not an NBFC, and we do not lend money. We introduce and facilitate applications on behalf of our lending partners.

We may collect: your full name, mobile number, email address, city and state, business details, employment details, loan requirements, and any financial information you provide voluntarily.
If your enquiry progresses to an application, documents submitted during that process are also collected.
Our website may also record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information and website usage data.

Your information may be used to: assess your loan requirements; contact you regarding your enquiry; coordinate with our partner banks and NBFCs, where applicable and with your consent or as necessary for processing; improve our services and website; provide customer support; send service-related updates; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We may share your information with: partner banks and NBFCs, for processing your enquiry or application; service providers who assist us in operating our business; and government authorities or regulators, when required by law.

Please never send passwords, full card numbers, OTPs or banking credentials through this website or over WhatsApp. No genuine representative of ours will ever ask you for an OTP, a PIN, or an advance fee.
